
Holiday brussels sprouts
A very unique salad that combines the freshness of the brussels sprouts, crunchy and sweet candied walnuts, tangy dried cranberries and a mustard dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 cups brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup candied walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Wash the brussels sprouts and finely shred them; place in a mixing bowl and set aside.2 cups brussels sprouts
- Roughly chop the candied walnuts and toss with the brussels sprouts; add the cranberries; mix to combine.1/4 cup candied walnuts, 1/4 cup dried cranberries
