
Tangy lamb sauce
This sauce will satisfy the goat cheese lover. It incorporates fresh lemon juice with goat cheese for a tangy flavor that complements my slowly braised lamb stew. Great on flatbread or panini as well!

Ingredients
- 4 oz goat cheese fresh
- 3 oz sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 mint sprig fresh
- 3 parsley sprigs fresh
- 2 cilantro sprigs fresh
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream and goat cheese.4 oz goat cheese, 3 oz sour cream
- Zest the lemon and the juice it; place in the bowl; chop the garlic and herbs.2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 2 garlic cloves, 1 mint sprig, 3 parsley sprigs, 2 cilantro sprigs
- Place all the ingredients into the bowl; add salt and pepper and mix to combine.salt and pepper to taste
